The clearest way we can describe what it means to be chronically homeless is a person or family experiencing homeless for 12 months or 4 episodes of homelessness in the past 3 years.

No one should suffer the trauma of homelessness.

No Veteran with qualifying service should be abandoned to survive on the streets, in their vehicle or in a shelter.
​

We will fight this battle to end the epidemic of Veteran homelessness in this country, starting with the City of Amarillo.
